I am totally in LOVE with the idea of breakfast for supper. So, when Kayla and Russ told me that was what they were doing for their wedding reception, I was ALL IN! It was so cool to have the scent of waffles, bacon and eggs and mimosas and Baileys and coffee wafting through the air. There totally needs to be more weddings like this as a Sherwood Park Wedding Photographer.

I started the day by meeting with a SAIT photography student who was doing work experience with me. Sarah Thorpe is from Lloydminster and she’s going to be an amazing wedding photographer. From there, we meet with Kayla and her crew for getting ready photos. I met her dad here, and he just made my day. He’s a former RCMP officer, but seriously, the softest  dad you will ever meet. He shed many tears on the day, and I loved it.

This wedding party was amazing. It was a chilly fall day in Sherwood Park and Edmonton, but that didn’t stop this group from getting muddy with me as we crossed a river to get the shots I wanted.

It was one of those days where I just smiled ALL DAY.
