I first met Chelsea, Blake and their little boy, Cohen just over a year ago. We went for coffee and I instantly was drawn to them and their story. They met through friends while living in Lloydminster. That was over three years ago.
They planned an amazing destination wedding in beautiful Canmore. Her family traveled from Sherwood Park and his from Ontario to watch this incredible couple marry in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. It was the perfect day; warm with a light breeze to keep everyone cool. Chelsea’s uncle performed the marriage and both of their siblings and their families made up this fun wedding party.
Rocky Mountain Wedding Planners helped to put Chelsea and Blake’s vision together for the day with the ceremony overlooking Quarry Lake and the reception at the Canmore Nordic Centre. It was a beautiful white pallet for the reception colours which helped highlight to majestic surroundings of the mountains. The speeches brought laughs and tears and just spoke to how wonderful these two are as a couple and just how loved they are by their families.
