This workshop is geared toward both professional and aspiring photographers, as well as parents wanting to learn how to take better photos of their own children and families. We will spend two hours at the stunning Coutts Centre near Nanton learning posing techniques, lighting and how to work with children and parents to get natural looking and timeless images.

Lori Loree will guide everyone through how she poses and works with a variety of families and children. Everything from little children that love to run, up to teenagers and their parents. You will watch (and get to photograph) our models as Lori teaches you hands-on.

You will bring your own camera so that you can take photos to use in your portfolios and work with the models to try out the techniques you learn.

Lori will walk you through how she poses people, as well as using fun “unposed” techniques that result in the natural-looking and fun images you see on her social media with clients.

This is your chance to see how Lori works with posing, interacts with children and families and uses the light to create the images you see on Facebook and Instagram.
